We want everyone who visits this website to feel welcome and find the experience rewarding.

Accessibility statement

The Marches LEP is keen to ensure its website is accessible to a wide range of users. To achieve this, we have been using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, a set of guiding principles which explains how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user friendly for everyone. The WCAG is divided into three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA and Level AAA. The Marches LEP website is mostly conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

We monitor the website regularly to maintain and improve upon these standards. However, if you have any queries about the accessibility of a particular page please contact the Marches LEP by emailing enquiries@marcheslep.org.uk.

Accessibility toolbar

We have included an Accessibility toolbar to our website which allows users to set up their own visual preferences when browsing our pages. The toolbar appears as a small icon on the upper right of every page, enabling users to easily:

  • Increase or Decrease text size
  • View the website in Grayscale
  • Enable High Contrast mode
  • Enable Negative Contrast mode
  • Underline links

We hope this additional feature will provide users of all preferences and abilities with a better browsing experience.
