Current European Social Fund (ESF) tender opportunities open in the Marches
Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) Co-financed Skills Support for the Unemployed (priority 1.1)
DWP launched an invitation to tender on 18 April 2019 for provision to help unemployed and inactive people in the Marches to enter and remain in work.
The 3 year contract will be funded under ESF investment priority 1.1, access to employment for jobseekers and inactive people, and co-financed by DWP.
DWP is looking to procure a prime provider from its national provider framework but would like local organisations to be involved in delivering the contract.
We are holding a Stakeholder Engagement Event for providers in Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin and Herefordshire to find out more about the tender and to explore sub-contracting opportunities with prime bidders.
The event will be at the Craven Arms Community Centre, Newington Way, Craven Arms, Shropshire SY7 9PS at 10.00am on Tuesday, 30th April 2019.

DWP open call – improving the labour market relevance of education and training systems (priority 2.2)
An open call for ESF applications under investment priority 2.2 launched for the Marches by DWP on 15th April to close on 8th July. The call is for projects to improve the labour market relevance of education and training systems.
