Business Energy Efficiency Programme (BEEP)
The Business Energy Efficiency Programme (BEEP) is available throughout Herefordshire, Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin offering FREE energy assessments and grants to small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs). Assessments are for SMEs who wish to use their energy more efficiently, reducing costs and improving environmental credentials. Grants worth up to £20,000 are available for eligible businesses.

Businesses can access grants of between £2,500 and £1 million from the Business Growth Programme 2 (BGP2). BGP2 is designed to strengthen supply chains, stimulate innovation and help businesses grow. Internationalisation Fund
The Department for International Trade (DIT) has launched its new Internationalisation Fund for eligible businesses in England.
The Fund is currently open to applications from businesses in Shropshire and Telford and Wrekin. Applications for businesses in Herefordshire have now closed.
Match-funded grants of between £1,000 and £9,000 will be available for future activity (subject to eligibility and availability).
To secure a grant, you’ll need to fund a proportion of your costs yourself. This varies according to where your business is based and will be either 40% or 50% of the total cost.

The Marches Small Equipment Grant (SEG) is a scheme part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund which is available to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) within the Herefordshire, Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin areas.
Capital grants are available for up to 50 percent of total eligible project costs (to a maximum £10,000) to SME’s to purchase new equipment that will create new jobs, boost productivity or develop new products and services.
