Councillor Kuldip Sahota

Leader of Telford & Wrekin Council 

Councillor Kuldip Sahota is the Leader of Telford & Wrekin Council with an aspiration of developing the cooperative Council model and plays an active role within the community. He is a member of the West Mercia Police Authority and is the chair of the community policing board of Telford & Wrekin. Councillor Sahota is also a member of the board of governors of the University of Wolverhampton.

Before establishing his own business, Councillor Sahota worked at GKN Sankey in Telford for 15 years.
